NSF/H1 heavy-duty food-grade calcium sulfonate complex lubricating grease is specially developed with synthetic PAO technology and meets the lubrication requirement of equipment operation in food processing plants. It is also used in the paper industry, production of pellets for animal food and food for pets and other industries where there is the possibility of contact with food.

Valvoline Food grade Calsul 2 is a high-quality lubricating grease with exceptional mechanical stability, high load-carrying performance, reduced wear, and excellent resistance to water and corrosion.  

Valvoline Food Calsul grease is suitable for lubrication of roller and sliding bearings and lubricating assembly blocks and is recommended for lubrication in extremely difficult working conditions, like high temperatures, uneven loads, significant effects of water, dust and vapour.

This calcium sulfonate complex lubricating grease also applies on for lubrication of bearings on presses for the production of animal food pellets, and on conditioners for drying sunflower, soybean, and rapeseed in factories for the production of edible vegetable oils.

It can be applied manually or with automatic application equipment.
