GEO STATIONARY GAS ENGINE OILS
Valvoline GEO Stationary Gas Engine Oils are premium lubricants formulated with high-quality base oils and additive systems. They provide outstanding lubrication which meets the demands of stationary high output, turbocharged, spark-ignited gaseous-fueled engines.
Both products possess the industry standard certifications and approvals from the leading engine manufacturers.
For more details on Valvoline stationary gas engine oils and their approval codes and compatibility with specific engines, see O.E.M. Approvals and Performance level sections at the top of the VALVOLINE GEO PLUS LA-40 and VALVOLINE GEO SNG-4 SAE40 Product Information sheets available on the links below.
Valvoline stationary gas engine oils GEO Plus LA and GEO SNG-4 protect and extend engine life by minimising cylinder liner scuffing. Moreover, they prevent engine wear caused by scuffing that leads to excessive blow-up and oil consumption.
Thanks to its drain capabilities, drain intervals are extended resulting in maximised productivity and reduction in operating engine costs.
With an optimised ash content, deposit build-up in the combustion chamber, valves, and pistons is minimised.
A part of Valvoline Stationary gas engine oils is strong detergents that keep engine components clean and reduce engine wear. Furthermore, its formulation protects the engine from the corrosive effects of acids and provides excellent TBN retention.
Valvoline stationary engine oil is designed for sour gas-fueled engines fueled with biogas, landfill gas, and other renewable gases.*
Valvoline GEO SNG-4 is suitable for applications in stationary natural gas engines (Class A) and (bio) gas engines (Class B), including four-stroke engines.
Valvoline GEO Plus LA is designed to be used in natural gas engines running on biogas (Class B), landfill gas (Class C), or digester gas applications.
For other engines, please refer to the engine manufacturer’s specifications before application.
