INDUSTRY BT GREASE

Description

Valvoline™ Industry BT is a high-temperature, smooth-structured, and extreme pressure lubricating grease for bearings. To provide its extra high-temperature properties, this grease is specially developed with bentonite or modified clay in combination with high-quality base oils.

Special corrosion and oxidation inhibitors provide additional wear protection to target components. Additionally, extreme pressure additives make sure the grease can withstand varying high-load impacts.

Approvals and standards

This high-performance bentonite lubricating grease was developed for applications in the paper, leather, wood, and textile industries.

Application temperature of Valvoline Industry BT covers the -20 to + 180 ºC temperature range. This makes the grease suitable for extreme operating conditions and heavy-duty industrial applications.

Valvoline Industry BT is suitable for roller and sliding bearings and other low-speed loaded mechanisms. Moreover, it is suitable for conveyors and bearings in ovens operating under elevated temperature conditions.

Apart from extreme temperatures, Industry BT is recommended for lubrication of bearings in humid environments. It is also used in conditions of poor alkaline and acidic solutions.

It is particularly recommended for roller bearings lubrication in pellet presses when processing biomass into biofuel.
